Updates to OSU P&T CV Report

The following changes were made to the OSU P&T CV report as requested by Lucas Turpin & Linda Brewer and reviewed by the DM College Admins.

    • B.1.a Credit Courses
      • New Citation block
    • B.1.b – Guest Lecture
      • Add the name field after the title to display the organization the guest lecture was done for.
    • B.1.c – Non-Credit Courses and workshops
      • Table – remove random text in headers
      • Modify citation to include duration if it’s filled in
      • Find all places to make this citation change.
      • Summary table of workshops organized since last promotion isn’t outputting content correctly. Notes added to template. Need DM to troubleshoot.
    • B.1.e Student Committees
      • All Graduate Students sub section citation
        • Modify citation to show start and anticipated end dates if completed date isn’t filled in. If [DATE COMPLETED] then [DATE STARTED] - [DATE COMPLETED] else [DATE STARTED] - [ANTICIPATED COMPLETION DATE]
    • B.2 – Student and participant/client evaluation
      • Fix CET Mean Rating Q1 table header is duped. Fix to Q2
    • B.5 Other Assignments
      • Make the title bold to improve it’s visibility
    • C – Summary of peer-reviewed paper
      • Change sub heading to “Summary of peer-reviewed items”
      • Change criteria for this table. Remove “date accepted must be set”
    • C.5 Other Info appropriate
      • Need to bold both sub headings so they show against the data point below them.
    • All – Add DEI Citations Superscript to all record titles if DEI field is populated. This is the same logic as in the Annual Activity Report
