On the OSU P&T CV report, making the following changes.

F.1.c - Non-Credit Courses and Workshops
Criteria should be "Inclusivity of this activity (optional) has a value and Instruction Type is NOT one of: "Guest Lecture""; Type = NOT guest lecture is the fix.

Issues identified by Ashley Thompson and fix requested by Linda Brewer.

B.1.e - Graduate and Undergraduate Students and Postdoctoral Trainees
At the end of each citation, we would like to add logic if there is content in the Student Award field, then output a linefeed, tag and content.
