Updates to the Annual Activity Report

Based on feedback from faculty, the following changes have been applied to the Annual Activity Report.

  • Annual Activity Report
    • Scheduled Teaching
      • New Citation block
    • B.5 Other Assignments
      • Make the title bold to improve it’s visibility
    • Graduate Student Advising
      • Modify filter to exclude TYPE=“Undergraduate Research or Intern Advisor”
    • Undergraduate Student Advising/Activities
      • Add table from graduate student advising section to this section to show undergraduate research records from student committees
    • B.2 – Student and participant/client evaluation
      • Fix CET Mean Rating Q1 table header is duped. Fix to Q2
    • Non-Credit Instruction
      • Modify citation to include duration if it’s filled in
      • Find all places to make this citation change.
    • Under DEI heading
      • Add Administrative Assignments and Other Assigned Duties sections which are missing.
    • Add section under teaching and DEI for Curriculum Development
    • Fix criteria under DEI for Graduate Student Advising
    • Add section Patent awards, releases, and inventions
