Updates to P&T CV
Per user feedback, the following updates to the P&T CV report have been submitted.
B.1.a – Credit Courses
Updated table to simplified table of courses taught. Removed eSET data from this section
B.1.b –Guest Lectures
Update criteria to show records to include records with only a start date. Current citation requires an end-date.
Update to table of guest lectures, remove “/” at end of course prefix number
B.1.c –Non-Credit Courses and Workshops
Workshops Presented
Update to table and list of citations to filter records and only show those where the role assigned to this person is not “Coordinator/Organizer/Facilitator”, i.e. one of the presenter roles

Update to table and list of citations to filter records and only show those where the role assigned to this person is “Coordinator/Organizer/Facilitator”
B.1.e – Graduate Students Advised

C – Summary of peer-reviewed items table
Revise criteria for this table. Current requirements rely only on date accepted field. This field isn’t populated on a lot of records. Update criteria to use the later of Date Accepted or Date Published in order to count records for this table.

Add a period at the end of citation where missing
