Updates to P&T CV

Per user feedback, the following updates to the P&T CV report have been submitted.

  • B.1.a – Credit Courses
    • Updated table to simplified table of courses taught.  Removed eSET data from this section
  • B.1.b –Guest Lectures
    • Update criteria to show records to include records with only a start date.  Current citation requires an end-date.
    • Update to table of guest lectures, remove “/” at end of course prefix number
  • B.1.c –Non-Credit Courses and Workshops
    • Workshops Presented
      • Update to table and list of citations to filter records and only show those where the role assigned to this person is not “Coordinator/Organizer/Facilitator”, i.e. one of the presenter roles
    • Workshops Coordinated/Organized
      • Update to table and list of citations to filter records and only show those where the role assigned to this person is “Coordinator/Organizer/Facilitator”
  • B.1.e – Graduate Students Advised
    • Bold “Awards” label to make it easier to see this label
  • B.2 – Student and Participant/Client Evaluation
    • Added .a Student Evaluation of Teaching.  Placed eSET table from B.1.a here.
    • Renamed .a to .b for Community Evaluation of teaching
  • C – Summary of peer-reviewed items table
    • Revise criteria for this table.  Current requirements rely only on date accepted field.  This field isn’t populated on a lot of records.  Update criteria to use the later of Date Accepted or Date Published in order to count records for this table.
  • C.1.a-b - Publications
    • Add space between “Page numbers or number of pages” and “City of State or Journal/Published”
    • Add a period at the end of citation where missing
  • C.1.vi – Abstracts
    • Fix wording to align with data outputs
  • C.2.c Presentations to peers – regional Presentations
    • Adding to criteria scope=state
  • C.3 - Grant and contract support
    • Modify Grant support since last promotion table and paragraph to only show data from grants with funding status = Funded
    • Added new section to document Non-Credit Instruction Fees Generated, showing NCI records that have gross program revenue documented
    • Added new table to display Grants Under Review
  • C.5 – Addition of new section to output Licenses and certifications
  • D.2
    • Removal of duplicate information from citation
  • F.2 – fix capitalization of section heading.
