Change which screens are visible for Forestry Faculty

 

Change

In an attempt to simply the Manage Activities screens for the College of Forestry faculty, we would like to "turn off" permissions to specific screens, that have been deemed unnecessary to collect at this time. We are aware that if a faculty member is also a member of Extension, then the screens will still be shown, which is the desired effect. We are also aware that the permissions may be changed at a later date to allow the visibility to be turned back on. 

I have used the Code name for the screens, as presented on the download of the configuration of activities database. 

1. Please change the permissions for POSTDOC_VISIT to include College of Forestry (currently only College of Engineering) 
2. Please remove permissions for IMPACTS for College of Forestry (currently visible to all) 
3. Please remove permissions for PERFORM_EXHIBIT for College of Forestry (currently visible to all) 
4. Please remove permissions for NIH_BIOSKETCH for College of Forestry (currently visible to all) 
5. Please remove permissions for BIOSKETCH for College of Forestry (currently visible to all) 
6. Please remove permissions for USDA_AES_ANNUAL for College of Forestry (currently visible to all) - Dependencies require this screen remain.
