updated population queries

What

  • We’re changing all of the population queries to pull the current job record, based on today’s date.  Previously we were pulling the current job record.

Why

  • We found for instructors who are hired on a term by term basis, Hr is entering a future termination date which our population script saw as terminated so it disabled their profile.

Expected Results

  • A DM profile will not be created or re-enabled until a person’s start date based on their Banner job record.
  • A DM profile will be disabled the day following their termination date is set in Banner.
