Updates to screens and reports

Goal: Realign DM Civil Rights data capture and reports in DM with current DEI review/process.  Create two reports, one to see the more detailed records, another that consolidates records for an easy copy/paste into the form 4 xls.

Screen Changes

Screen: Civil Rights Demographics Information

Description: Adding Non-Latino Hispanic field currently missing from this data acquisition screen and fix two label changes.

Add new field

  • Label: Non-Latino Hispanic
  • Code: NONHISPANIC
  • Display: Text
  • Data Type: Number
  • Where: Below Latino Hispanic field

Change:

  • Change the display name of “More than one race” to “Two or more”
  • Please mark the [LOCATION] field as significant to allow filtering from the reports screen.

Change requested by Extension DEI team to align data capture w/outputs

 

Report: Extension Civil Rights Demographic Report - By County

  1. Rename Report Name: “Extension Civil Rights – Form 4 – Detail”
  2. Realign the columns to match the order on the Civil Rights Form 4
  3. Add column group headers
    1. Total by ethnicity
    2. Total by race
    3. Total by gender
  4. Add Columns currently missing from the report
    1. Program Area
    2.  (new) Non Latino
    3. Total by Race
    4. Total by Gender
  5. Column Rename
    1. Multi -> Two or more
    2. Hispanic -> Latino Hispanic
  6. Formatting
    1. Updated cell border scheme
  7. Report Run Screen
    1. Add “Whom to include” filter based on [EXT_PROGRAM] field. 
    2. Change “Include These Accounts” default to “Enabled and Disabled”

New Report: Extension Civil Rights – Form 4 – Aggregate

Create new report based on the existing “Extension Civil Rights – Form 4 - Detail” report with close alignment of data output to Form 4 needs.   Minor column differences and data is grouped by county, then person and program to consolidate records.

On the report run screen, we want the option to filter results based on the [LOCATION] field.

Modify Report: Annual Activity Report

Add a new section to the Annual Activity Report which will display Civil Rights Demographics data to enable visibility of reporting/non-reporting during Extension annual reviews.
