Updated NSF Biosketch Report:

As you may know, the National Science Foundation will require the use of a revised biographical sketch format for new proposals submitted or due on or after October 5, 2020. With this release we updated the NSF Biosketch report that’s available to your faculty in Faculty Success to ensure that it’s current, and complies with NSF’s updated standards and processes

Because the approved formats will soon be limited to SciEnCV or a NSF Fillable PDF, we modified the NSF Biosketch report in Faculty Success to make it easy to copy and paste it's content into the NSF Fillable PDF. Going forward, you will need to take the following
steps:

  1. Login to Faculty Success
  2. Click on Reports
  3. Run the NSF Biographical Sketch Report
  4. Download the NSF Fillable PDF.
  5. Copy data from the NSF Biographical Sketch Report to the NSF Fillable PDF.
  6. Save the PDF.
  7. Upload the saved PDF as part of their proposal through FastLane, Research.gov or Grants.gov.

We hope that with these modifications you can continue to count on Faculty Success to do most of the heavy lifting to produce your Biosketches to seek funding.

Instead of using Faculty Success, please proceed directly to SciENcv and use it to complete your BioSketch.
